The Fourth Horseman and “Disease X”
What is ‘Disease X’?
Each year scientists with the World Health Organization (WHO) create a list of the most likely diseases to break out into a worldwide pandemic. This year, among the familiar Ebola, SARS, and Zika viruses is the new name of disease, something called “Disease X”, Disease X is the name of an unknown and deadly new illness that could have the potential kill millions. However, unlike the other pathogens, it is not known what could cause Disease X or how it could be treated. Researchers have stated they added Disease X to the threat list to recognize the fact that the next deadly pandemic might start by an illness that hasn’t caused problems before.
According to the Independent, Disease X is in fact not a newly-discovered threat in itself, but a hypothetical virus, which could emerge in the future and cause widespread infection across the globe.
This placeholder of sorts is included in the WHO’s list of prioritized diseases (first made public in December 2015 and later reviewed in January 2017) in order to “enable cross-cutting R&D preparedness that is also relevant for an unknown ‘Disease X’ as far as possible. From Futurism

What could possibly Cause a ‘Disease X’ Outbreak?
The Mirror points out: Disease X could even be man-made, rather than a fluke of nature. There are growing fears that the use and development of chemical and biological weapons are on the rise. In Syria’s bloody civil war chemical bombs have been dropped on civilians on numerous occasions.
And closer to home, the police have confirmed that a nerve agent, probably created in a lab by state-sponsored scientists as a targeted weapon, was used to attack the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury this week.
Last year North Korea is believed to have used the nerve agent VX to assassinate the half-brother of dictator Kim Jong-Un in an airport in a Malaysian airport.
One possible source of such an epidemic could be the deliberate release of Disease X as a weapon, either by a rogue state like North Korea or Syria, which is known to use chemical weapons, or by terrorist organizations like ISIS or al-Qaeda.

The man-made viruses and diseases were especially dangerous because humans have not built up any resistance over time to them, leaving them free to sweep across the globe before governments and doctors can catch up. The Mirror
The Bible foretells of pestilence in the last days.
In Revelation 6 we read of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the 3rd Horseman that rides is the Red Horse of War, and the 4th is the Pale Horse.
And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth. Revelation 6:8
Perhaps a fourth of mankind killed!
Even more frightening, the Bible tells of a time where so many men will be killed due to war that women will outnumber men seven to one.
Isaiah 4:1 And seven women shall take hold of one man in that day, saying, “We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let us be called by your name; take away our reproach.” (ESV)
Ellicott’s Commentary for English Readers states this is referring to a land depopulated by war, making polygamy natural in a time where women will work to support their husband, just to have a husband. Many other commentaries say virtually the same thing.

Genetic bio weapons could be developed. Genetic weapons designed to target specific groups, family groups, or perhaps men over women.
Why men? Even though many women serve with distinction, men still are the primary war fighters.
Bio Warfare and Military Applications
It’s been one of the worst kept secrets in the military. Developments of chemical and biological weapons have been conducted since at least the 1950’s. In fact Biological warfare may have been carried out as far back as the 1830’s when, it’s been alleged, the US Army gave small pox infected blankets to Native American tribes. Probably Bio warfare is as old as warfare itself.
As Technology advances, the bio weapons get deadlier.
To make matters worse biological weapons are cheap to produce with a potential to wipe out any possible enemy military. Third world nations with limited funds and resources can produce them easily. In fact North Korea may be prepared for this type of warfare.
Remember the North Korean soldier that defected to South Korea back in December? His medical examination showed he had been inoculated against Anthrax, suggesting the North Koreans are prepared to use Anthrax in a war.
Are we ready for Disease X?
In November of last year Clyde Lewis, host of the Ground Zero radio show talked about a tabletop exercise taking place in Washington D.C. known as” Clade X”
This exercise will be conducted by the Center for Health Security.

The goal of this exercise (“Clade X”) is to illustrate high-level strategic decisions and policies that the United States and the world will need to pursue in order to diminish the consequences of a severe pandemic. It will address a pressing current concern, present plausible solutions, and be experientially engaging.
It’s not clear if there will be any military or political involvement in this exercise, nor is it clear if it’s in any way connected to the hypothetical Disease X but the coincidences are too hard to ignore.
Clyde also pointed out another possibility, something I’ve not seen mentioned anywhere else. What about an extraterrestrial biological threat. Of interest to note: in November Russian Cosmonauts announced they discovered extraterrestrial bacteria on the ISS.
In Revelation 8:10-11 we are told when the third angel sounds his trumpet a star falls from heaven and poisons the drinkable water.
The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, blazing like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it had been made bitter.’

English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, and Russian.
The very first statement is: “Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”
The current world population is 7.3 billion.
Final Thoughts
This year the flu has been particularly brutal. Fortune points out that an alarmingly 4000 Americans a week have died from the flu and/or it’s complications. Each year the Flu gets worse and worse and it’s an eerie reminder of how deadly a disease or sickness outbreak can be. In the small town hospital where I live the ER department personally told me one out of every patient that came in had the flu.
Movies like Contagion and Outbreak not only remind us of how dangerous they can be they also show us how martial law would be not only acceptable in such an event, but welcomed.
With mysterious ‘white powder’ attacks affecting postal workers and marines in separate incidents, we have to wonder if our government is testing something to be used. We wonder of North Korea is planning to use Anthrax against us just as we wonder what other foreign militaries have in their chemical/biological weapons stores.
What about the mysterious disappearance of CDC commander and scientist Tim Cunningham. He had reportedly left work early one day, sick, then left his phone, wallet and car keys at home..never to be seen again.
Was he patient Zero in an unknown disease?
I don’t know about you but these unanswered questions frighten me.
